THE GREATEST collective effort of citizens to-date - the Republican National Committee (RNC), the Libertarian Party of Titulia and the Social Democratic Party of Titulia have joined forces in Titulia's first ever class-action law suit - the Liberty Coalition -V- the Administrator of the Republic.
One Coalition insider has revealed Star and Associates Principal, former real-life lawyer T. J. Norton LL.B (Hons.) will represent the Applicant and argue the merits of their Basis of Claim.
Norton has confirmed that Star will act as attorneys-at-law for the Coalition and will file a Motion to Seek Leave to Represent at the General Court the moment the election is called.
"This isn't about politics. This is about how we, as citizens, have fallen victim from inactivity on clarifying the interpretation of the 'seniority rule' ", Norton said.
Formally known as Article IV(4) of the Constitution of the Republic, the wording of what constitutes the 'seniority rule' is not addressed in the document. Article IV dates back to the founding of the Republic and despite never before requiring its guidance, timidity to change what was previously viewed as a simple cautionary tale has been responsible for the section never being amended.
Mr Norton has confirmed the motion, as follows:

Whig challenger Jason Ragan (Trvthseeker) has the most to gain from ensuring the 'seniority rule' succeeds unchallenged. If the vote remains a tie, Ragan is handed the keys to Liberty House in the first illegitimate transfer of power in Titulian history.
There is no word yet on whether or not the Ragan campaign will join the class-action.
