Negron Expelled From Linardists

Former presidential candidate John Daly expelled Brian Negron from the Linardist Party early Saturday morning.  In an exclusive interview with the Herald, Mr. Negron says he was expelled for endorsing and voting for President McVicker in during the latest election.

When asked for comment on the events, Mr. Negron responded, "I am deeply saddened by my expulsion from branch president John Daly. After being warmly welcomed by MC Daddy among others, the divisive Daly machine only shows the trouble Titulia will decend into chaos if we don't engage and participate."  Mr. Negron went on further to compare Mr. Daly to Mayor Dailey of Chicago.

Matthew Ingebritson leaves Titulia

Titulia City - In a Titulia Herald exclusive, Matthew Ingebritson has informed me today on Face Book that he wishes to emigrate from Titulia. Here is some of the text of his earlier email to me. I've not included the whole email for personal reasons.

I decided to leave the site for a few reasons. ............ I'm on vacation for the last 3 months. I've accepted a job that I can't really tell anyone about at this time. I will be all over the united states and I won't have enough time to check the site. I wish everyone well and hope people will do their best to keep the Constitution of the republic intact and not let the power heads try and bully everyone. I had fun in titulia and made some good friends and some memories and now I think that me turning 25 I need to really focus on my own personal happiness in the real world. I'm focused more on my family and friends now and I'm taking on a community service project that should be really cool. that's the short version. .........

The Titulia Herald salutes Mr. Ingebritson for his contributions to the Republic and for the many hours of entertainment. With Matt there was never a dull moment and we'll miss him.

Titulia's Bad Boy Is Back

Titulia City - Fireworks erupted today, and they were not the type you see in the United States on the fourth of July. Matthew Lee Ingebretson, Titulia Bad Boy is back with a vengeance. Almost declaring war on the Linardist party, Matthew promises to take no prisoners. Clearly and unrepentantly he slashed out against Vice President Money and President The Teacher. His profanity laced tirade is bound to cause some repercussions for Mr Ingebretson, both financially and most likely a T&C violation that may result in some type of suspension.

Speaking to Mr Ingebretson on his facebook account, Mr Ingebrestson did state he's back for good, and he's going to do what ever it takes to improve Titulia, even if he has to be the bad guy to make it happen. He also fired off a similar tirade again aimed at the President and her cabinet.

I've always been the tribune for the people of this republic and I for one see this and ill be damned If I don't say something about this. Its my style and none of these are threats or what not. Just the way I view and I'm tired of the pussy mentality some have. Some people want cabinet positions or tollars. I won't play the "pimps and hoes" game. They can have me banned. Ill go Down like Jesus and die for your shit talking in public forum If I have to. I brought in a lot of liberals and what not which might have helped fuel this fire.er cabinet.

There has been little response yet from the Linardist Party, the Vice President, President or anyone for that matter. The Herald will report the Vice President or Presidents response if there is one. It is also suspected that Matt will face some type of disciplinary action by the Admin and we will report it as soon as we find out what it will be.

TITULIA'S RISING STAR: Could she be the next Mary Brewster?

ERINA CALLS FOR 'NEW THINKING'
ESTABLISHES 'REAL-MONEY' FOUNDATION TO HELP CITIZENS AND THE ADMINISTRATORS

Erina Jensen responds to citizen emails on her Sidekick™

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW WITH
BAILEY MOREVILLE
EDITORIAL PARTNER

EASILY identified in the streets as the Chief Executive of Titulia's fastest growing media company - TMG - and perhaps the most visible female in the republic, 22-year-old Australian-born Erina Jensen was 'thrown into the deep end' , as she puts it, when joining the growing virtual government and political exchange-oriented nation website Titulia.com .

Coming to Titulia, Erina quickly made new friends and came to note for her style and mild manner.

She speedily rose to notoriety in the young virtual republic as a suave businesswomen in a predominantly male population - easily getting along with almost everyone she encountered in Titulia. Erina also works as a member of the Administration Team at the Republic of Akarina. I sat down with her to talk about what she thinks about Titulia and her plans for the future.

BAILEY MOREVILLE: We'll skip the intro and get right to it -- how did you find out about Titulia and why did you decide to migrate?

ERINA JENSEN: I don't think there's anyone left who doesn't know but ..

*both laugh* I came to Titulia because my partner invited me and I was really so sick of his whinging I thought 'hell-why not?'

B. M. : You go girl! This is why I don't go there.

E. J. : I feel you on that. *laughs*

B. M. : While on that - when you arrived - how did you feel? Did people give you a hard time for being a woman or -- how did you feel getting into conversations?

E. J. : At first I wasn't all that sure what I wanted to do. Gosh- I was like --well - 'E what's up girl?' ya know? Do I just sit here or do I want to do something that's meaningful? I really wasn't all that worried about 'taking the plunge' I was just waiting I suppose for something to interest me as a person. There wasn't - well-- there still isn't a lot to entice women to the site.

B. M. : Do you feel that women are treated unfairly in Titulia?

E. J. : I'm going to be careful in answering that because I've seen how easy it is for people to twist things all up in a ball and throw it back at ya.

B. M. : Ain't that the truth?!

E. J. : You know something -- I -- I don't think it's a 'fair / unfair' thing --quote-unquote-- I'm just not sure whether it was meant to really be a place for females. I mean -- I don't know what the Administrators thought when they brought Titulia to life. I don't think the project had bad intentions towards females I just think that the only females who could have been potential users or citizens would be hardcore political junkies -- someone like Penny Wong here [Australian Climate Change Minister] or Dana Perino [former Bush administration press secretary] in the US.

B. M. : So in short you're saying that more could be done to balance out the male/female ratio a bit?

E. J. : So much more. I'm not a feminist - geez - Lord no. I have nothing against feminism and I think it's great that there are so many people standing up for women's rights -- I'm just not that radical. I think it would be excellent to foster some more kindness and give Titulia a "women's touch" if I can say that without coming off like a flake.

B. M. : No, that's a fair comment.

E. J. : Thanks.

B. M. : Now Erina -- something I want to touch on -- I mean -- it's going to come up now you've declared you want to enter politics. I want to get your side of the story unvarnished. Your version of events, what you saw, knew, felt --

E. J. : Go right ahead I'll do the best I can.

B. M. : Ok -- as you are aware -- your partner - our friend -- former Titulian T. J. Norton was about to undergo a pretty intense investigation for creating what was alleged as 'multiple accounts'. According to the allegation made by 15-year-old British nationalist Niall Henshaw - formerly of the RNC - T.J. created at least two additional accounts.

According to Henshaw's claims, T.J. created citizen account 'aussie4life' and -- well - your citizen account whom young Mr Henshaw claims is actually T.J. and not you. What can you tell me about that, on the record?

E. J. :
I can say it's a far-out claim to make considering that I'm on no where near 'as much as' T. J. but that doesn't address anything. I-- I've now spoken to a number of citizens on the telephone and Skype and I think this matter is over. I'm not going to stand in front of that train the small number of citizens who raised the matter haven't done so with me. That will run its course.

I've signed on to T.J.'s computer at his house. I never denied that and haven't ever tried to hide that. My disappointment with the claim is that I think it was fuelled out of personal dislike for T.J. and I was convenient being that I was -- well -- you would have to ask them.

B. M. : The Linardist party newspaper The Titulia Times has wrote much a-do about their dislike for T. J. and the spirit he tried to foster in the republic since its early days.

In a recent Editorial posted by Linardist sympathiser and lawyer Scud69, she lashed out in quite an open way -- it's just another in a news cycle of stories about him since he's left. I suppose -- I mean, I think it's safe to say that it's dragged on beyond its 'used by' date and considering he's no longer a Titulian citizen one can reasonably claim it's sour grapes since he beat Scud69 in the Money defamation case and got Ingebritson off on a different finding.

But when you read this kind of material one has to wonder -- are you expecting the same?

E. J. : First -- T. J. has done a lot for Titulia to raise its awareness on a global scale. To give you an idea -- one time he got t-shirts made with the republic seal on the front and the site address on the back. I recall one day he held a gathering of interested people -- the same one you came to -- more like an 'AVON' kind of party to promote Titulia and he brought his laptop along. When some of the guests signed on to the site and read all the sillyness from the likes of the Whig, Linardist and even the conservative minded parties they lost interest pretty quickly.

It has been very hard to drum up support for Titulia while these negative types are still around spewing the same thing every day. But you know? He never gave up trying and I think that his is a positive legacy that speaks for itself.
T.J. was a too powerful figure for his adversaries not to try and 'take out' -- and in the end they lost out on full count. If they learn something from that then good -- if not then -- well.

On the antagonists - I won't comment on what's unforeseeable. If someone wants to play in traffic they certainly won't need my blessing to continue that trend. Gang-like mentalities have a half-life and have fairly well run their course. It's up to the majority of us to carry on the same positive message and let the minority have their fun in the sun. You'll never please everyone.

B. M. : You've got something pretty exciting coming out in the next week and I'm sure the republic is going to be excited.

E. J. : I hope so.
I would like readers of the Herald to be the first to know about this.

I'm setting up the T. J. Norton Foundation.
T.J. was passionate about the law and the citizens of Titulia and I will be buying a substantial amount of tollars from the admins to continue that legacy.

These tollars will help fund defence cases in the Titulian legal system and also pay for citizen and government programs to be built into the site. This way the admins will know they can receive financial support for doing the people's work and encourage greater participation from the top all the way to Main Street.

B. M. : As of today you're Titulia's richest citizen. In RL you're considerably financial also. What would you say to people who would think you're out of touch with the less fortunate?

E. J. :
When it comes to money I've worked hard for it. It's not something that the republic need to be worried about in any future discussion as whether or not it's an issue that separates us. I would help all citizens whether they had 2 tollars or 2 -- tence?-- to their name. If it's necessary that I be labelled economically I'd probably identify as a cross between a conservative who likes to save but a socialist who likes to help when needed. If I was president and asking for anything down the track I'd pay for it myself -- I wouldn't bank on half-cocked ideas to raid the bank and leave the people dry.

B. M. : With the resignation of President Jason 'Trvthseeker' Ragan the republic has called the July election early. As of this interview former President Dennis McVicker, the UIP's Owen Merry is having another shot and Linardist-nominated The Teacher have declared for nomination.

You have spent a lot of your citizenship in the Republican Party. Recently come out in favour of the former president -- why do you make the endorsement?

E. J. : A few weeks ago I lost a good friend in Steven Leggett -- again over pettiness from the same old crew. When the drama broke out -- T.J., former Vice President Christen -- bipartisan support from the left and right-wing parties -- all came together to try to help. The person who helped the most and permeated so much passion and love for his fellow citizens was President McVicker.

That day I felt change. I felt so much care to just jump in the middle of a crowd and try to pull one of our own from taking the leap. As you know, sadly we were unsuccessful. But that day I knew -- President McVicker was the one who can keep Titulia together.

You know? -- I was talking to The Teacher yesterday and she seems nice deep down. But when she sides with such negative people -- and she talks about reform and change to the way things are done -- it doesn't seem right to make a name off of other people's backs.

I always thought if you did you best and made your own way people would respect that. I see that in my work. I think that the word 'progress' is used too loosely and with all the drama, the loss of fellow citizens and the neverending court battles over sheer pride and the former Trvthseeker government -- we can't risk this again. President McVicker knows the weight of the office of president and if deals weren't done -- the measely 3 vote margin from the Republican breakaways would have delivered him a second term.

Titulia cannot afford to make the same mistake by electing an untested president again. Especially not now.

B. M. : No doubt on everyone's minds come ballot's open. This has been another Herald interview -- this time with TMG Chief Executive Officer and perhaps future candidate Erina Jensen. E, thanks for your time and for sharing these thoughts with our readers.

E. J. :
Anytime, Bailey. Thank you so much.

BUSINESS NEWS: LAW FIRM TAKES LEAD IN COST CRISIS

Star and Associates offers 'pro bono' services to citizens facing financial hardship

BY BAILEY MOREVILLE
EDITORIAL PARTNER

THE ONLY Titulian law firm to-date to register with the Court for Legal Aid, the innovative STAR AND ASSOCIATES LAWYERS has taken the lead to assist clients in the republic with little financial means. At present there is no government or private service available for poor citizens requiring legal representation.

Leading the charge for a cost-effective system designed to help citizens that need legal representation are Chief Justice Dr. Manhaton and Star and Associates Principal T. J. Norton. The debate over the future establishment of Legal Aid Titulia is raging with many conservatives and liberals alike coining the program as 'Government-sponsored welfare for law firms'.

At present, both functional branches of the Titulian Government are facing increased opposition to the move and advocates in-favour of a fair and inexpensive system.

Star and Associates Principal T. J. Norton said that his firm will guarantee representation to any citizen requiring legal assistance, regardless of financial circumstances.

"I created this firm for two reasons; my legal background and zeal for the practice of law and for citizens to have someone they can turn to when they need them most", he said.

Mr Norton said that he fully supported both the efforts of Chief Justice Dr. Manhaton to reach agreement with the Republic on establishing a program to assist with the costs of legal representation.

"Obviously there will be a lot of discussion and disagreement and that's a matter for the political establishment to sort out. My concern as a law firm principal is that Titulians can achieve professional legal representation in the General Court if they wish to be represented", he said.

There is no word yet on whether competing firm Manhattan LLP will back Star's position.

Star and Associates cautioned against legally untrained citizens opting to self-represent in the General Court due to the majority of court justices and Titulian legal representatives having real-life law experience or training.

"The current make-up of the bench and the very competent counsel in the Republic's legal profession could potentially lead to a defendant charting unimaginably difficult waters in a civil or criminal suit. Especially on arguing points of law", Norton said.

In the real world, Mr Norton holds a Bachelor of Laws and has recently completed university enrolment to commence his Masters of Laws postgraduate study part-time. Norton praised the conduct of competing firm Manhattan LLP.

"Whether citizens choose Star or Manhattan or any other firm - I believe they will receive nothing but the best in representation and service. Both chambers can boast to enlist talented and competent counsel and I take delight in the amicable relationship between us", he said.

As the case load grows every day, Star and Associates have put out the call for citizens with legal training to apply for the positions of Senior Associate or Associate in their practice. Lawyers are paid at reasonable rates.

Interested candidates can apply by Titulia mail to Mr Norton here or by emailing the firm off-site at star@nortilus.com

The Herald will be following the progress in the discussions to develop the Legal Aid Titulia program.

NATIONAL SCANDAL: PRESIDENT AND RNC CHAIR'S INSTANT MESSAGES REVEAL ALL

BREAKING SCANDAL:
ARE THE NATION'S GREATEST CONSERVATIVES 'IN THE CLOSET'?

President Dennis McVicker (LIB) and RNC Chairman T. J. Norton (pictured)

By BAILEY MOREVILLE
EDITORIAL PARTNER

A MAIL SERVER malfunction has replicated several Yahoo! Instant Messenger® Instant Messages (IMs) between President Dennis McVicker (LIB) and RNC Chairman T. J. Norton to the Titulia Herald's workspace in the midst of the June Republic Presidential Elections.

At first we were unaware who the messages were from. But upon examination, it was revealed that the exchanges between the two leaders (identified as 'T. J. Norton' and 'Dennis McVicker') contained intimately expressive material toward each other.

I immediately confronted Herald magnate and TMG CEO Erina Jensen with a transcript of the material.

Ms Jensen approved the story for publication, but asked for privacy at this time to allow her to discuss the matter with him [Mr Norton].

"I am not prepared to confirm or deny the content of such material for legal reasons but I will not impede the journalistic ethics of my editorial team to report on the story. As this is also a private matter for me, I ask for privacy during this time", Ms Jensen said.

This is a difficult time for the Republican stalwart due to recent accusations from Titulian Conservative editor and fellow party member Julian that Mr Norton has 'angered' him because of his recent public endorsement of President McVicker at a press gaggle at the south portico of Liberty House.

The material - in which President McVicker described his RNC rival as 'sexy' and in response Mr Norton replied to the text relay with emoticons [small, graphical facial expressions] symbolising kisses and love hearts, there were various intimate text exchanges including the sending of explicit web camera media.

It is not apparent as to whether anyone knew of the alleged affair or if the conservative movements will call for an investigation into the matter, take disciplinary action or even expel Mr Norton from the party.

We have sought comment from the Chairman and the President but both were unavailable at the time of reporting. We will remain on the story and bring it to you as it develops.

STEVEN LEGGETT: TITULIA MEDIA GROUP (TMG) PAYS TRIBUTE

SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO THE HON. STEVEN LEGGETT, GCJ (Ret'd)

T. J. NORTON AND ERINA JENSEN
Editorial Partners

HE MIGRATED to Titulia like we all did - through the front door. He left the same way with his reputation intact and his head held high. A colourful and passionate citizen he was and never did he waver in his values or his ability to rise to the challenge of debate. A legal mind who will no doubt contribute to the debate for a long time in the United Kingdom and without a doubt argue before its highest court in real-life one day.

Over the past two days there has been much controversy surrounding his decision to finally pull up stumps and set sail for his homeland. The Herald has reported the story and worked with both sides of the aisle - the President of the Republic Dennis McVicker and Republican leader-in-waiting Karl Christen - to attempt to bring a peaceable resolution to the immature events that have followed. We sadly report that the Herald, the President and the former Vice President have struck out but certainly not without considerable effort and our full support.

The
Titulia Times editor-in-chief MC Daddy D has elected to take the road of hateful discourse instead of working together to find ground to resolve the crisis. If last night's phone conversation with the Times chief was any demonstration, we'd frankly we surprised if other diplomatic efforts could get a word in edgeways through the screaming and abuse.

But with anything in life it has reinforced a valuable lesson. The saying 'you never argue with an idiot or a fool' held special credence during our discussion with the Times. The madness of the entire episode eventuated into a polar spin of sorts. We ended up thinking more of those we thought less - and thought less of those whom we thought more.

In the past 24-hours we have gained immense respect for President McVicker for the way he has led us through this crisis. We have lost all respect for MC Daddy D whom we believed to be a gentleman of honour. In an effort to do our jobs we achieved unparalleled support from fellow citizens and any small impact came in the form of abuse from our lead competitor.

As a large element in our articles focused on the media and the 'perceptions' the Times head reflected to what was really an open-and-shut matter of childishness - with no apparent end in sight.

We pay tribute to an outstanding Titulian and a dedicated legal profressional. May Steven Leggett long be remembered for what he accomplished in the formation of the Court and his living memory as a member of its first bench, the Titulia Herald Arena and the RNC Dome and Conference Centre, the Titulian Ice Hockey League (TIHL®) and a legal mind second-to-none.

In Steven's time he accomplished what neither us at TMG, the past presidential administrations or the Titulia Times would be able to achieve in our Titulian lifetime. May the "Leggett Legacy" live on.

BREAKING NEWS: Former Judge and TIHL owner Steven Leggett leaves Titulia

Times' chief attacks Leggett over TIHL-Herald relationship /
TMG and Avaram to meet to secure Arena and Dome leases

By BAILEY MOREVILLE

Guest Writer, Titulia Herald

TITULIA'S best and brighest has left the growing virtual nation. Steven Leggett, Titulia's first court Justice, law firm partner and founder of the Titulian Ice Hockey League (TIHL) which owned the Titulia Dome and Conference Centre and the Titulia Arena - home bases for all of the TIHL franchise teams - has voluntarily left the republic and set into motion a raft of anger and confusion from friends, business acquaintences and critics alike.

Following the controversial departure of one of Titulia's most loved citizens, the TIHL®
Titulia Herald ARENA™ has been gifted to TMG Chief Executive Officer Erina Jensen to continue the Leggett legacy as one of Titulia's premier entertainment and sporting venues. The RNC® Dome and Conference Centre has been gifted to former President of the Republic and General Court nominee the Honourable Luxis Avaram.

According to his blog, Mr Leggett has now departed the republic to spend more time on family and business commitments.

"
I for one have been one of those who took a step away from the politics and concentrated on a few business ventures, notably my Arena, Dome and Ice Hockey League. The Dome was very popular, the Arena also attracted support from the Herald but the Ice Hockey League was less lucrative. I have decided to close the league as the work involved in running the league far outweighed the the financial benefits it brought me", Mr Leggett is quoted saying.

The events that led to this departure are somewhat known but are still mysterious. to some accounts. According to reports, TMG's leading competitor the Titulia Times Company took issue to Mr Leggett forming a business relationship with the Titulia Herald. According to the reports, Times chief Editor Mr MC Daddy D allegedly threatened to withdraw associative business relationships with Mr Leggett unless he conceded to ceasing a relationship with the Herald.

According to reports, Times' chief Mr MC Daddy D threatened to cut ties with Mr Leggett's law firm Manhattan, LLP. Events took a turn for the worst when Mr MC Daddy D reportedly threatened to approach Chief Justice Drmanhaton - partner of the law firm representing Titulia Times should Mr Leggett fail to cut ties with their lead media competitor.

As at the time of writing, TMG officials have already tried twice to contact Titulia Times via Skype but have been unable to contact them [the Titulia Times] to discover the possibility of a peaceful solution to this crisis. Despite not being able to make contact, TMG director and Herald Editorial Partner T. J. Norton remained optimistic of a truce between the media magnates.

"The Times editor-in-chief and myself share an amicable acquaintance. Hopefully I can prevail upon that to bring about a truce and to try and win Mr Leggett back at the same time", Mr Norton said.

TMG CEO Erina Jensen has been reportedly devastated by the incident.

"I am speechless. I am angry - vocal even. But .. I.. this is wrong on so many levels I can't begin to describe", Ms Jensen said.

Ms Jensen reported that she had transferred the incredibly generous gift that is the spectacular multi-tollar Titulia Arena to the Herald's new parent corporation - the Titulia Media Group, TLLC. ("TMG") as trust for Mr Leggett should he return.

"I want him [Steven] to come back so very much. If he does, whatever he wishes to do will have a venue for him to capitalise on. He IS the Titulia Arena and I begrundgingly accept this kind gesture only on the condition that if he returns he take back ownership", Ms Jensen said.

The TMG CEO has confirmed that due to the fall of the TIHL® the Titulia Arena will be suspending the ice hockey schedule until further notice.

"I am sorry to all of Titulia's ice hockey fans that I had to make this decision but the fact remains this was Steven's game and he had the facilities to run it. As this is a shock departure for all of us I ask for your understanding while we work through this", Ms Jensen said.

TMG director T. J. Norton said he was considering legal advice as to how best accomodate the TIHL® teams who were based at the Arena.

"Anyone who followed the TIHL knows that the competition's teams were housed at two TIHL stadiums - the Dome and the Arena. Despite possessing rights to the name, the teams, the Dome and the Arena were owned and managed by the TIHL", Mr Norton said.

"Now the league has been closed and both of these prime stadiums have been gifted to different people, I think that we need to have a chat to Luxis about whether or not we have a financial obligation to those team owners. There are three conversations really that need to be had. One at TMG, one with Avaram management and one combined. I am confident that we can secure a deal that could perhaps form a management consortium between the two location owners. This would help preserve Steven's legacy".

"For now, Erina and I will discuss with the team owners how to accomodate their lease options now the league is over. It's no one's fault just something that we both feel needs to be tidied up".

TMG management were asked whether they were contemplating legal action.

"I don't think that [legal action] it is appropriate or necessary. If anyone is entitled to legal relief it's Mr Leggett - not us", Mr Norton said.

Ms Jensen agreed but said that she was speaking from a place of emotion considering the loss of Steven Leggett from the Republic.

"I really thought we could have become good friends. This is a tremendous shock and I am too upset to find the words to describe how angry I am with the Times. I want to remain positive that Steven [Leggett] will come back and this is all a bad dream. But this is all a bit too much", Ms Jensen said.

Ms Jensen said Titulia has reached a 'critical mass' where personality is turning into a sour reality.

"When you play Second Life, WOW [World of Warcraft], Evony, SIMS - there are disputes and even exchanges. But Titulia is scary considering it's current form is little more than an expanded blog. There have been real casualties to the cause of nation building here. I can't see an end in sight until one faction controls all and we are faced with a communist dictatorship of either a government or corporate structure".

Steven Leggett is the second major casualty to Titulia in the past week with Immigration Minister Mac McDonald retiring from Republic life little over a week ago due to "family commitments". Citizens across the political divide are begging the question over social participation in Titulia following Ms Jensen's introduction of a peace initiative aimed at more cordial relations between citizens.

Mr Norton went on the record as a staunch admirer of Steven Leggett and his ideas.

"Steven [Leggett] and I use to joke we each other's 'crackpot'. But I don't really think we took our exchanges that deep. I met Steven when I was a candidate for President of the Republic and the Whig Party quickly rose to seniority on the political backbenches".

"Steve was about as honest as you can get. I hated to love the guy at times but he deserves better than this. If the Times attack his memory I'll be ready to go to the mat - but hopefully we can avoid the fallout with an admission of events. I won't stand by and allow his character to be tarnished like this - even if it means my own downfall. Unlike some citizens I'm prepared to put it all on the line when it matters", Mr Norton challenged.

When asked if he believed the Titulia Times would be prepared to reach an agreement, Mr Norton said anything was possible.

"In the corporate world there is only one commodity that means anything - the almighty dollar. I know how the Linardist's [Lindarist Party members] work - they're like anyone else they want to make a buck. I'm fairly confident that we as professional businessmen and businesswomen can reach an agreement on this and avoid an unnecessary turn of events", Mr Norton said.

On behalf of the Herald and its parent company TMG - please return Mr Leggett! Titulia needs you.
